[RITSlist] Helium

[Lester Brandt]

I recently saw a photo of 2-8-0 #1779 switching helium
cars.  I'm trying to put a date on the photo.  #1779
has an oil tank in the tender, which appeared to have
been built originally for coal.  It has a stack cap
and smoke light and is clean.  Anybody have any
dates on the oil conversion or any other thing that
would help date the photo?
