[RITSlist] Fwd: RI #424

Gents -
   
  I posted a photo of ex-Rock Island #424 (PLMX #421) on  the Railway Preservation News (RyPN) website.  Got a reply back stating that the Buffalo Southern Railroad, a 32 mile short line running south out of Buffalo, New York, has ex-Rock Island C-415 #423 and is doing a slow restoration with the idea of eventually restoring it to active service.  So a bit of good news about a different Rock Island C-415.
