[RITSlist] Journal boxes on freight RS3s

[Bob Yarger]

Were all the freight RS3s that arrived with the
"wings" red and black and white scheme equipped with
plain bearings or did some arrive with roller bearing
journals like the passenger RS3s?  Referring to their
as-built status, not later rebuilds that may have
mixed up trucks on some units.  Thanks.
