[RITSlist] Journal boxes on freight RS3s

Hello, Bob - Diagram sheet revised to 8-27-51 shows roller bearings on the 
470 - 474.  Sheet revised to 1-16-53 shows roller bearings on the 485 - 499 
(of course).  Sheets for the 450 - 454 (EMD re-engined), the 455 - 469, and 
the 475 (rebuilt 463) all show plain bearings.   PAW
