Here is a link to the circa 1998 UP ZTS (Zone Track Spot) diagram
maps for the former RI tracks in the Springs:

http://www.trainweb.org/railblazer/maps/spins/spins49.html
The main line east of Roswell is gone beyond the run around (track
137), but I believe all three of the spurs serving the industrial
area to the north of the main are still in service (tracks 724, 726 &
727).
The remnant BNSF (ex-ATSF) track is now gone north of the short
segment needed for track 727 to access the lumber yard. Track 718 was
the original RI spur, but in the 1970s two connections were put in to
use the then active ATSF crossing of Filmore Street, thus eliminating
one street crossing to signal and maintain.
The north leg of the wye at Roswell (tracks 417 & 418) was severed by
1985, and two tracks along the south leg were removed.
The RI mainline south from Roswell to just north of the bridge over
Monument Creek (track 108) is severed and mostly gone.
Two RI yard tracks across from the depot (tracks 014 & 015) are still
in use.
