[RITSlist] 2008 Waterloo meet

All:

I spoke with Lee earlier this month and we went over the possibility of me showing my 8mm Rock Island movies.

They are mostly of the Chicago, Illinois and central Iowa area of the Rock Island and I agreed to show them.

We then talked about the date.  I cannot show them on the 4th Saturday of March as it is Easter weekend.

Nor on the 3rd Satlruday as it is Palm Sunday weekend (I am involved with my church those weekends).

We then decided to have the meet on the 5th Saturday of March or March 29.

I presume that Lee still needs to contact the Senior Center to confirm the space is available that day and then needs to reserve it.

Dick Hutchins, I still need to get my archives report to Andy Seaton.  This weekend for sure as my family house guests left this morning.
