Boy, I really had that one screwed up.  I apologize to everyone for the 
misinformation.  You're right, the the town in question was Falcon, CO 
not Calhan.  I should have checked it out before putting it out on the 
line.  Thanks for the info.  However, according to Colorado Rail Annual 
#17 there was no crossing but merely an interchange track and a wye and 
it must have been about 1920 that the C & S took over the DN&O who had 
built overpasses west of town sometime previous to that.  Now that you 
got me started I'm going to check that out even further.  Why did the 
DN&O build overpasses to avoid level crossing with the then CK&N at 
Falcon?  I'm certain to have seen a photo, like the one in question, 
involving those two railroads in that area.  I'll research further, 
thanks for the information and, again, I apologize for the response in 
error.
