[RITSlist] RI Cabooses

[Michael Riha]

I'm almost positive its Spencer because it was a halfway point during one day of RAGBRAI 2005 between Sheldon and Estherville.  I also shot an IC&E train working the elevator/ethanol plant that day.  I will verify and may even put some pictures up.  - Mike R.
