[RITSlist] ROW between Fairfield & Brighton, Iowa

Thanks Matt and ALL the other guys that responded to my 
inquiry.  Some of the old ROW is very obvious, and other areas not 
so; but, this answered a lot of my questions.   Hopefully, this next 
week if not 40 below, I can take a few pictures of the four areas 
where the road crosses.
