If that is the Pielet Bros. yard that ate trade-ins to EMD for breakfast, then it has been around a long time; I remember TRAINS mag showing photos of the Oly C-Liners (do I have that right?) in their final resting place, and I think I would have to start in the  mid-60s to find that issue.
