The location is just east of I-57 as I-57 crosses the current Canadian
National tracks nee Grand Trunk Western. Just north of this location I-57
crosses the west end of the Indiana Harbor Belt's Blue Island Yard and
further north I-57 crosses the west end of CSX's Barr Yard.
