Carl,

I also love Google Earth. I am a rail history buff.

I am using Google earth to generate virtual tours of
abandoned railways of the Leavenworth area. My first
tour was of the Leavenworth branch of the CRI&P.

A virtual tour is a combination of Google Earth views
and descriptions that can be shared.

I think Google Earth will be a great tool for rail
fans to share information online through virtual
tours. There are so many sites to explore and so many
people who could share their knowledge.

I not think I can send the placemarker file through
the RITS system. If you (or anyone) contacts me
offline I can send the small file containing the
virtual tour.

Dave...
