That wouldn't be a FRED as they didn't exist while the RI was 
operating, it would just be a warning signal light. Many roads added 
them to their cabs before the demise of the RI (see the Rio Grande 
cab in the 1980 photo of RI 17202 in the RI Color Guide), but I've 
not seen a RI cabose with them.
