[RITSlist] July RITS calendar caption correction.

The caption for this states that 4481 and 4485 are
GP9's, when in fact they are GP7's.  
In late 1976, these units were renumbered to 4470 and
4473 respectively and the numbers reused for rebuilt
GP9's (ex-1319 and 1315, respectively).
