In the last RI employee timetable, 3-18-79, the K-D
line from Eldon to Keokuk was part of the Illinois
Division at that time. Keokuk to Farmington according
to the timetable was out of service at the time. 

I have some older RI ETT's, circa 1966, will have to
dig out to see what division the KD was under at that
time.
