[RITSlist] Rock Island S1 switchers 598-599

In addition to the below, I can offer that

425 - 429 were assigned to the Chicago Division in the 7//1/58 CT-65

598-599 continued to be assigned to the Arkansas Division

The same assignments were true in the 5/1/59 CT-65
