[RITSlist] Eldon/Floris Iowa question

Tim,
I am familiar with this boxcar, actually if you drive through southern Iowa, 
and I would imagine in other areas of the country as well, you will find 
several boxcars on farms being used as storage sheds. There are a couple of 
C&NW boxcars on a farm south of Centerville, Iowa, these were given to the 
farmer in return for access to a derailment site. I believe that it was a 
Rock Island derailment but may have been CB&Q. My guess would be that this 
is how many boxcars ended up on farms.
