to announce his new book

"The Rock Island in Focus:
Jules A. Bourquin, Kansas Photographer (1898-1931)"

Plus - An exhibition of images of small town life at the turn of the
century from the Jules Bourquin Collection and other DeGolyer
collections of ephemera, maps, and books.

Date: Tuesday, June 5, 2007
Reception at 7:00 p.m., Lecture at 7:30 p.m.

Co-Sponsored by the North Texas Chapter of the National Railway
Historical Society and the DeGolyer Library at SMU.

The lecture is followed by Mr. Quastler’s book signing.
Copies of Mr. Quastler’s new book "Rock Island Line in Focus: The
Railroad Photographs (1898-1925) of Jules A. Bourquin (a DeGolyer
Library and R&I joint publication) " will be available for purchase.

There is no charge but space is limited, so please make reservations by
calling 214-768-3231.

The exhibition is open to the public from June 5 through August, 2007
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
