[RITSlist] RI-SP California Limited

This was a mostly heavyweight train that essentially preceded the Golden State on the same route.  One major exception were the 1938 smooth-side P-S coaches that were painted Pullman-green at delivery, and had friction-bearing trucks;  it was more of a coach rather than first class consist. 

Question--did any of the cars on this route ever have actual "California Limited" or "Californian" lettering?  If so, what ones?
