[RITSlist] Presale orders; was Precision Scale announcements

The same thing happened with the Roundhouse O/B caboose in original RI 
red with Roman lettering .  I saw them advertised in MR News but when I 
tried to find one they were all gone, out of stock and mfgr.  Sad.
