[RITSlist] State Fair

[Gruhn]

Is the spur to the Iowa State Fairgrounds still intact? I've looked at 
Google Maps satellite views and the location is obvious but its hard to 
tell if the track is in place. If it is, why not a State Fair Shuttle 
with Hawkeye Express equipment or the IAIS Chinese Steam?
