[RITSlist] Delivery of RITS NEwsletter and "Rocket" Mag.

For you RITS members who are asking about delivery of ROCK 141 newsletter and "The Rocket", 2007:1; I understand from Mr. Hutchins that the mailing was released before the end of February.  

For what it is worth; my copy came today, Saturday.  Yes, I am in the Kansas City area; "way up north", not that far from Bucklin, Mo., where it was mailed, but it is not necessarily the mileage that matters, as it is the number of handling points along the way.  At EACH of these points, or whatever the USPS calls them, I understand they are allowed to sit on the bulk mail up to six days, maybe even longer, I have not checked the regulations for some time.  

Please feel free to check with me off-list about when your copy reaches you, or if you have any other questions about this stuff.
