Thanks to those who replied. I have since learned that the standard arrangement is called the nathan 5 chime. look at this picture at rrpicturearchives.net though.

The longest trumpet (bell) appears to be facing forward in the upper lefthand position(while looking at the unit from the front). On the others the longest trumpet faces foward but in the lower right hand position. Does the 394's arrangement have a name or is it a result of some repairwork? Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think it is like the others.
