[RITSlist] Question about Bulkheads

Last week, I saw on Ebay an HO bulkhead flat car painted up in the blue scheme. I went through the Color Guide book by Steve Hile and was unable to find any in blue there. I wish I had written the road number on the car down. Was this a fantasy scheme or did the Rock actually have any bulkheads in blue? If I remember correctly, the one on Ebay looked like a newer model bulkhead and not the ones shown in Hile's book.
