[RITSlist] Question about Bulkheads

That number series is definitely not in the 1/80 ORER (10/79 data), 
not the only such instance, btw. Towards the end reporting accurate 
up to date information to the ORER was obviously not a priority.

Not to mention that the GSC cars were steel castings where Thrall 
cars were built up from welded steel shapes and sheet, or that the 
GSC bulkhead uprights were a cast open lattice. They really are 
entirely different cars.
