[RITSlist] U-Boats 190 and 199

  Am not sure if this has been asked. Does anyone know why U-33B's 190 and 199 got the bright red and yellow paint scheme. Seeing that these units were delivered new in 1969 from the series of 190-199 In maroon and yellow with speed letterng. My thinking is they were in some sort of wreck or fire that wanrranted a complete repaint. Does anyone have an answer.
