[RITSlist] Have the El Reno shops found a savior?

Folks,
last month I visited with three people at El Reno's Canadian County museum (located in the old passenger depot for those who don't know) and learned of two gentleman from out of state interested in acquiring the old shop buildings. I was told that they (presumably both men or their company) own two F7s and five or six passenger cars that would be utilized on a proposed dinner train that would run over the UP and then the AT&L to Geary, OK. The F7s would be stored in the diesel shop and the passenger cars in the paint booth.
Naturally in our discussions there was skepticism that UP would allow such an operation to run over their line to the west and then cross their north - south main. And keep in mind that the shop complex is completely isolated from the UP.
