  I am not a member of the society but I lived most of my childhood years at my local Rock Island depot. My heart was broken when the Rock Island shut down. I have really enjoyed the information I have seen here on this list. I look forward to reading the e-mails everyday. 
  I agree with Mr. Pollard when he said this turmoil should be a members only issue. People like me don't need to know the dirty details of the inside of the organization. There have been times that I have seen a string of e-mails get stopped because they were not condusive to the content of the list. I know that since I am not a member of the society that most of you don't want to hear what I have to say but I think this topic should come to an end here on this list. This is a private matter for the organization. 
  I'm sure I speak for a lot of people that enjoy this list. Any bickering and personal problems should be handled internally. It is not a public issue.
