      A.  I am not a member but I get a lot of information about the Rock 
with only occasional interruptions by society matters.

      B.  There is a Rock Island list -- CRIP-RR on yahoogroups.  The trouble 
is that hardly anything is ever posted to it, and then usually by someone who 
also posts it on the RITS list.

      C.  The same thing comes up from time to time on the various Santa Fe 
lists, none of which have any official connection with the Santa Fe Historical 
and Modeling Society.  No real harm seems to be done.
