To All:

I've been reading the comments being made in the last week plus on this 
subject of removal of Mr. Hoy & Ms. Huerter, both by actual RITS members and 
RITS List members. I'll give my thoughts, for what they may be worth to this 
group.

When Mr. Engle made the announcement, I sent a private email to one of the 
board members asking about this issue, and received a response to my 
questions that I felt was appropriate. Because of that, I am waiting to get 
a more detailed response on this, but I believe it should be sent to members 
only, which would likly be via snail mail, since at best no more than about 
1/3rd of the actual RITS membership also belongs to the RITS List. I'd guess 
this would likly entail adding/printing a seperate response/message in 
the "Rock" or the "Rocket". 

I assume that this will be explained in a sufficent manner that will answer 
most ??s about this, and that's fine with me. One or two non-RITS members 
who belong to this list have expressed concern's about what happened, but my 
question's are several. Mr. Suhs commented that those who wanted this to go 
out on a "members only" forum would be welcome to start a restricted list 
for the members only, but nobody has mentioned wanting to start one, so the 
RITS List it is for now. For those who are Not RITS members, but Are LIST 
Members, then perhaps you could join with RITS as well. As a member of RITS, 
I respect all opinions posted on the list, but I respect the opinions of 
actual members more on this type of subject. 

To you, Mr. Andreessen, I would not like to see you stop your involvment 
with RITS or the auction's at the conventions, but as you say, you are not a 
member. You know Karen & Howard far better than I do, so it's your call on 
remaining involved with RITS. 

I don't wish to offend anyone with my comment/ramble, (Those RITS members 
who know me know I'm fairly laid back and easy to get along with) but I 
think enough has been expended on the subject, and since none of us (beyond 
possibly Mr. Engle or Mr. Suhs) took part in this, I'll reserve any more 
comment about this until all the fact's have been revealed.
