[RITSlist] 1896 RULE BOOK - CRI&P Railway Co.

I recently acquired a Dec. 20, 1896 edition of the official 
rulebook.  I'm curious as to what the value would be for and item 
like this, as I'm not a collector of this type of item.  It is good 
condition, for being over 110 years old.  It is dark brown leather 
bound with gold lettering.  Front cover reads as follows.

Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Operating Department
Dec. 20, 1896

Any educated guesses would be greatly appreciated.
