Rock Islanders, heads up!
    Due to high water on Santa Fe trackage between Emporia and Newton, the Amtrak Southwest Chief will run on the former Rock Island from Topeka to Hutchinson tonite, (actually tomorrow morning EARLY).
    If you want to ride or take photographs, get your act together,.
