A late reply,

The Garner and Conesville depot plans are in the RITS archive
Rienbeck was in MR many years ago.

I am looking at doing a laser kit within the next year.  Are there any 
other plans availible?

The depots had many veriations on the basic plan.  Some were 16 feet 
wide and others 18 ft wide.  The position and length of the 
freight/baggage area differed.
