[RITSlist] Oklahoma Rocket in Wichita

The train sat at Paxico for 2 hours. Had 2 e/bds ahead, all met 3 w/bds
short on time. There was a tie gang on MT 2 at Topeka, leaving only one
main
on the south side of the river. Arrival in Topeka was 830 PM. Supposedly
the
DS didn't know there were passengers on board.
