[RITSlist] Intermountain FP-7 Color Question

I've been following the thread on this announcement regarding the "maroon"
or "red" color question. Colors rendered on computer screens typically vary
from the actual hue. This is why, for example, automakers suggest viewing
actual paint samples at dealers when looking at colors online or in a
brochure. Being in marketing/advertising, this is also why I will not
approve a proof online/electronically for final printing. 

 

So, be careful about judging color accuracy based on what's on screen. In
the meantime, I've contacted Intermountain to see what they have to say
about the color an will let the list know.
