[RITSlist] Business car "Choctaw", was update on Manly Jct Railroad Museum--Rock Island equipment being acquired

   Wasn't this car supposed to be headed for Oklahoma? I thought I read something about the "Choctaw" being used on the proposed El Reno dinner train; speaking of which, I haven't seen and/or heard an update on that in months.
