Bob Massey says:
What I think they want is a recomended "shade" or "color" that will work on a model in normal indoor light.

Not meant to criticize Bob's statement at all but what is normal indoor light?
We have (a type of) color correct flourescent bulbs at our model rr club here in Milwaukee. We also left "one" common cool white bulb up just to show visitors the comparison. When you move a model from under this one bulb to the others, the effect is startling! This is more true with reds, oranges and yellows. Your common cool white bulb (that comes with most home improvement fixtures) has just a horrible blue cast to it.
But certainly its all a personal decision one has to make in their home/club enviroment.
