Thanks for your help Jim and Steve!  That really helps
me out and now I have more prototype photos to go off
of.  And thanks Jim for showing the information from
Railway Age for those years.  It is interesting to
know what they had on order, which helps me know what
direction they were going if the Rock survived.  Of
course, the gaps between information keeps me
wondering...

Steve, I have noticed that not all white cars were
necessarily W&OV:
