[RITSlist] RI 4300-series baggage car

At first glance, it looked like a RI car. It captures the feel of the car, even though I know it isn't a match. The most painful compromise is the OSH trucks.
   
  Is there any commercially available, more accurate replacement wheelset? Having the right 'feet' under the car would make it more palatable.
