[RITSlist] Winterization hatches

Let's take this a step further from the F-units.  The 430-441 GP-7s never had them, and I always saw that the 1200-1237 never had them, but here is a shot of 1231 on page 110 of Marre's Color Pictorial, Volume 1, showing the 1231 with a hatch--is this a lone retrofit, or what?   1250-up all had them.
