[RITSlist] RI FP7 #410

Hi, recently I saw a promo for the CBS station in Topeka, KS, and it included a brief glimpse of RI FP7 #410 turned over on it's side.? I'm assuming this happened near Topeka, and judging by the paint I'm guessing it was mid-60's (Maroon nose, white stripes).? Anyone have any more info on this wreck?? Location, date, cause of the wreck, etc.?? Was this the end of #410, or was it salvaged?
