I've enjoyed reading all the posts about the ZR's.  I remember the "nameless" trains of the mid 60's on Burlington's K-line, and I remember seeing the mix of equipment (engines, head end cars and coaches).  I'd also be interested in hearing from those who knew and worked the Burlington to Cedar Rapids portion of the route concerning passenger track speeds in the mid 60's, and station stops.
