[RITSlist] Research Question

[McSurfer]

Hi,

I have an advertising pin from the late 1800's showing the Georgetown Loop
on the Colorado & Southern RR and on the back it lists a B.L. Winchell as
General Passenger Agent.  How could I find out if this is the same man who
later became president of the Rock Island?  Thanks for your help!
