I was the DATA SHEET editor at the time.  I recall it was a single sheet, but can check my back copies further and get back to you if it is important.

Do you recall who was editing the data sheet at that time, and whether it was a single sheet or multi-page data sheet?  I'm trying to locate my copy of that issue and am not having much luck.
