The sheet is one page, and Paul Schuch's name is on it.
BTW, I was able to find that other photo I mentioned in my prior message about the Pullman Green repainted cars. The #20060 was mentioned in the data sheet. There is a photo showing car #20061 also in Pullman Green at the freight house in Chicago on 5/13/64 (backround of a picture of BL2 427 taken from the 12th street bridge). It's on the website :

and was a photo taken by Marty Bernard. I think I've got the website right, I saved this website some time ago. I hope this helps someone out.
