[RITSlist] Former RI Freight Car

The IAIS and the Crandic each have a couple 50 ft. flats; but, are 
all used in M of W service, so they don't get off line.  There are 
still some open hoppers stenciled B&LE around the country; see some 
on the IAIS and also on the former WC.
Occasionly a former blue or white boxcar appears.
