[RITSlist] RI? Caboose restored?

Anyone know anything about apparently recent photos of a "RI 17201" bay-window caboose photographed on a long flatcar at what has to be a major UP shop area??   The lettering is vertical block, there are no side windows except the bay-window, and it does not look like the original cars?
