[RITSlist] CNW "11001" to "RI 17201"

Hi Norm,

Either Jim was given the incorrect number or made a typo:

CNW 11001 is a 1959 Thrall car as above and 11081 is a 1965 International 
car.  Quite a few differences between these two series of cabooses!
