[RITSlist] RI 1266 needs some love....

That was what I was thinking when I made the pledge to collect the
check and send them in a lump sum, because Harold had already mention
no separate fund account had been set aside. As for the scheme I agree
start restoring the the loco as far back as funding will provide, but
at this time it does not have a future restore until we get a lump sum
sent to secure it as a Rock Island engine and not a parter outer. Lets
take this one step at a time. 

Harold how much would it take to
secure as a restored loco rather than parter outer, I mean how much did
they pay for it as parts?
