[RITSlist] Red Color of Three Rock Island Locos

I have not had a chance to do it yet, but I think that the first big Lloyd 
Stagner book, the 1933-1955 one, spells out the story of the red, and I 
think it was NOT related to the yet-to-come diesels.  DJE
